1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (adjust the days as per your business decision). To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts not due to our error may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes opened or used earbuds, headphones, and other personal audio devices. We also do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software, or promotional items. Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. 4. Exchanges
